POP3: port: 110
SMTP: port: 587
The e-mail, you can work in three variants:
1st Option IMAP
This option leaves the e-mails on our servers. Every time you run your mail client (Thunderbird, Outlook, etc..) To connect to the server and receive the e-mails that are stored here. The advantage is the availability of e-mails from anywhere, because if you connect in this way on any computer, you always have access to all your e-mails.
The disadvantage is the consumption of disk space. Each e-mail is stored on the server, including all its attachments.
Setting up the email client Thunderbird:
Option 2 POP3
Option POP3 downloading e-mails to your computer and the email server after downloading it deletes itself. This option is used if you want to e-mail messages safely on your computer. The advantage is rapid access to all e-mails. The messages are not downloaded, you have it available even without an Internet connection.
Simultaneously with this variant is almost no need for a large space on the server. Therefore, this solution is often chosen precisely because of lower operating costs.
Third variant WEBMAIL
Variant WebMail is identical variant IMAP. The main difference is that you do not need to work with e-mails, install it in your computer's e-mail client. Instead, you can use our direct client in any internet browser. Mail available to you from anywhere were the internet is available and the browser.
