System didn't process my payment, what should I do?

After payment is made it is processed by our system. It is links your payment with order and automatically sends you proof of payment.

What should you do if you didn’t receive e-mail with proof of payment even though you made your payment?

In case of on-line payment make sure that your payment card allows on-line payments.

In case of bank transfer check:

  1. If you have used correct variable symbol.
  2. If you have put in the sum before rounding(that means including decimals).

If you have discovered that you have used wrong sum or variable symbol or if everything was in order with your payment and you still didn’t receive e-mail with proof of payment – contact us via phone or LiveChat.
